Are rents at AAMHA properties based on your income or sliding scale?
All Alamo Area MHA community are Income Sensitive. Rents vary by community and are set based on how the community was financed. Our rents target working families whose income falls below the City of San Antonio's Area Median Income. Rents are not determined based on a sliding scale.
