Castleridge Apartments

144 units of two bedroom apartment homes, Castleridge Apartments was built in 1984 and purchased by AAMHA in 1996. It was renovated in 2000 with new roofs on all the buildings, updated building exteriors, landscaping upgrades, and playground improvements. In 2008, a KaBoom! playground was built with the support of Washington Mutual and its employees.
